representing the Seller, will ONLY be provided to the Buyer
with a duly completed & accepted Promise to Purchase (PP).
3) A reasonable Due Diligence Period will be considered, by
the Seller, to allow the Buyer to consult with Experts, at
Buyer's expense, during the Due Diligence period and/or,
throughout the process of the sale transaction.
